The Findom Glossary: 30 Terms Every Beginner Should Know

Findom has its own vocabulary, and if you're new it can feel like everyone's speaking in code. Here's a plain-language glossary of the terms you'll actually run into, so you can follow a conversation without nodding along blankly.

The core roles

Findomme / Findom — the dominant, usually a woman, who receives money and holds the control. Paypig / Cash slave / Sub — the submissive who gives money. Findom relationship — the ongoing dynamic between the two.

The money terms

Tribute — a payment from sub to domme, often the opening gesture. Drain — giving repeatedly in one session, often escalating. Wallet rinse — a playful "empty the wallet" session, ideally with a pre-set cap. Findom tax — a recurring or expected payment. Gift / Wishlist — buying items she wants instead of sending cash.

The dynamic terms

Cash meet — an in-person session (less common, more caution needed). Task — something she asks the sub to do, often "pay X." Session — a set period of active interaction. Humiliation — degradation the sub actively wants as part of the kink. Servitude — the sub's sense of serving through giving.

Community shorthand

Goddess / Princess / Queen — affectionate titles subs use for a findomme. Loser / Piggy — self-deprecating labels some subs embrace. Ignore line — paying to be deliberately ignored (yes, that's a thing). Catfish — a fake account pretending to be a domme; the main scam risk.
